Locally sourced strawberries and rhubarb from BC farms, slowly cooked in small batches to preserve the natural floral aroma of ripe strawberries and the bright tartness of rhubarb. We intentionally keep this jam simple, without adding anything extra that would overpower the fresh fruit flavor.

Made with nearly half the sugar traditionally used in jams, this preserve is crafted to feel lighter, fruit-forward, and naturally balanced. The result is a vibrant jam with a delicate sweetness, refreshing acidity, and a nostalgic homemade character.

Strawberry rhubarb has always felt like the taste of early summer to me, bright, floral, slightly tart, and comforting all at once. I intentionally use less sugar in this recipe so the natural aroma of the strawberries and the lively acidity of rhubarb stay at the forefront, instead of being hidden behind sweetness.
