Meet Chef Donya!

A Vancouver-based chef with years of culinary experience across fine dining, pastry, and artisanal food production. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu London, Donya has led kitchens, designed menus, and curated cheese and charcuterie programs that celebrate craftsmanship and local ingredients.

Rooted in her Persian heritage, she draws inspiration from the ancient traditions of preserving food. From sun-dried fruits to fragrant jams and pickles passed down through generations. Through her small-batch creations, Donya bridges old and new, blending timeless techniques with modern flavors and presentation.

Her goal is simple: to introduce new tastes while honoring the wisdom of the past, connecting generations through flavor, story, and shared moments around the table.
