Each batch is simmered gently to develop rich depth and texture, bringing out the natural sweetness of apples while layering notes of ginger, turmeric , cloves and mustard seed. The result is a versatile condiment that pairs well with charcuterie, sandwiches, mild cheeses like Brie or Camembert and roasted meats.
Ingredients: BC grown apples, onion, brown sugar, malt vinegar, dried apricot & plums, ginger, mustard seed, turmeric, chili flakes, bay leaves, black pepper, cloves, salt.
