A Recipe Rooted in Royal Persian Heritage
This recipe traces its origins to the kitchen of my mother's grandmother, a descendant of the Qajar dynasty, whose pantry was lined with jars of handcrafted preserves. Her art of preserving was legendary among those who knew her: neighbours, family, and friends would seek out her jams as something truly extraordinary. We carry that tradition forward in every jar.
